What is my Balance Programme and what will you get?

3 x 1-1 coaching sessions:

  • 1 x 1.5 hour consultation -  getting to know you (health history, current lifestyle & goals)
  • 2 x 45 min follow up consultations

Plus:

  • 3 x Personalised action plans with specific goals and actions tailored to YOU
  • 2 x 15 min phone-call check-ins

 

When and where?

The sessions can be in person or online or a hybrid and can be scheduled around your busy lifestyles – so you can choose: lunchtimes, evenings, weekends or daytimes. I am based in Henleaze, Bristol.

MY approach is to focus on a holistic lifestyle – i.e. you as a person: your nutrition, your fitness/movement and your lifestyle (sleep, work/life balance).

What is health coaching?

Health coaching is a collaborative approach to improving your health and wellbeing. It involves us working in partnership to help you identify your personal health goals, develop strategies to overcome obstacles, and make sustainable lifestyle changes. Health coaching is tailored to your unique needs.
