I also run wellbeing workshops for companies and organisations. These are designed to maximise employee wellbeing.
The themes I cover are:
Managing Energy - how to maximise employee energy levels for maximum productivity and health.
Managing Stress - how to manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm in and out of the workplace.
Managing Menopause - recognising the signs and how to deal with them. This is for males as well as females and for any age.
These can be tailored in length and format with the theme adapted to suit the requirements.
