My belief is that by making some small tweaks to our lifestyles we can make BIG WINS for a happier, healthier life. This could be through nutrition, movement/fitness, sleep, lifestyle or mental wellbeing.

As a qualified Holistic Health & Wellbeing Coach (DIP CNM) I will work in collaboration with you and look at you as an individual to identify your health goals.

I will empower you to embrace the physical and emotional changes brought on as we transition through our 30’s,40’s, 50’s and beyond.

My aim is to give you the knowledge and tools to help you live your life the way you want to, whether you are currently experiencing any of the above symptoms or simply want to prepare yourself for a healthy, happy future.

Personalised 1-1 Coaching

1-1 Health &wellbeing coaching is a collaborative approach to improving your health and wellbeing. It involves us working in partnership to help you identify your health goals, develop strategies to overcome obstacles, and make sustainable lifestyle changes. Health coaching is tailored to your unique needs.

Small Group Coaching

These are designed for groups of 3-5 women with similar health goals who prefer a group approach to coaching than individual coaching. In group coaching we share our goals and support each other with our health challenges and talking through sustainable actions to hit our goals.

Women's Wellbeing Workshops

These are for groups of up to 20 women and are set in a relaxed, informal environment. I encourage interactivity and participation.

The workshops include wellness talks, demos, working in pairs and talking through solutions with simple practical tips.

Workplace Wellbeing Workshops

I run wellbeing workshops for companies and organisations. These are designed to maximise employee wellbeing.

The themes I cover are:

Managing Energy, Managing Stress, Managing Menopause

These can be tailored in length and format with the theme adapted to suit the requirements.
